New Patients

Anyone in England can register at a GP Surgery.  You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number. All new patients wishing to register with the Practice must live within the Practice boundary as set by Dr Benn and approved by NHS Sheffield. You can check whether or not you live within the Practice boundary by clicking on the link below or contacting reception.

The service is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe. It cuts our administrative workload and makes it easier for you to register.

New patients are advised that any repeat medications cannot be ordered until you have seen a GP or a Pharmacist.

The Practice premises have suitable access and facilities for disabled patients.

The Greystones staff are all very aware that patient information falls under the Information Governance guidelines to which we are all trained and adhere to.
