Queries, Concerns, Suggestions and Complaints
If you have any queries, concerns, suggestions or complaints, please let us know as soon as possible either verbally or in writing. We ask that you speak to the Receptionist in the first instance. Any grievances will be treated in confidence and acknowledged within 3 days after the grievance is received and we aim to resolve any issues within 28 days. If you are still unhappy or feel you cannot discuss the matter with us directly you can raise your concerns via:
