At Greystones Medical Centre we take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.
We run clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery and childhood vaccinations.
As a patient at Greystones Medical Centre your named and accountable GP will be Dr Richard Benn.
Local GP practices have teamed up to improve the way they provide weekend and evening appointment for our patients.
This new service commenced on Saturday 1st October it and will mean that most people will be able to book weekend and evening appointments closer to where they live. For Greystones Medical Centre patients appointments will be available at Porterbrook Medical Centre.
Remote and face-to-face appointments can be made with a variety of GP practice staff including Doctors, Advance Care Practitioners, Nurses, Nurse Associates, Health Care Assistants, Physiotherapists and Pharmacists.
Initially appointments can be booked through the practice, but patients will soon be able to book these direct online and through NHS 111.

If you need to speak to a doctor with regard to a medical issue, we kindly request that patients do not contact the practice via email as this inbox is not regularly monitored. It is preferable that you telephone the surgery and book a telephone appointment or use the Contact Us Online tab at the right hand side of this page . This way you can be confident that your request will be received and actioned through the correct channels.
As a patient at Greystones we can offer you certain services online, making life a little easier for you. There are options to book GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions and nominate a pharmacy so your medicine will be ready to collect without you having to come into surgery to collect the prescription. You can also view a summary of your medical record.
To complete the process we require a photographic ID and a signed consent form which is available on the link below:
You will then be issued with a username and password which will enable you to log onto Online Services by clicking onto the ‘Online Appointment Booking’ link at the right hand side of this page. Please click here for more information
At Greystones Medical Centre we want to hear your opinion of the service we provide. We would be grateful if you could fill in a very brief questionnaire using the ‘Friends and Family Test’ tab at the right hand side of this page. Your response will be treated confidentially.
