A CARER IS AN UNPAID CARER TO AN ADULT OR CHILD with an illness, disability, frailty, mental health problems or substance misuse issues

We would like to recognise all our patients who are carers and so invite you to let us know so we can add you to our Carers Register. We want to ensure you receive advice, support and information of how to access a range of specialist services.

Sheffield Carers Service offers, advice, information and support to any adult who is an unpaid carer.  Call the Carer Advice Line  0114 272 8362 or email support@sheffield-carers.org.uk (10am – 4pm Monday – Friday).  For more information or to register for their services visit www.sheffield-carers.org.uk

CARERS WELLBEING COURSE AT SHORT TERM EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMME (STEP)

The course is aimed at supporting adult Carers with regards to their Mental and Physical Wellbeing, and as you may expect the course is called ‘Carers Wellbeing’. It will initially be facilitated online, one session per week for 5 weeks via MS teams.
