 Door 43 Wellbeing Wednesday Service:

On Wednesdays, named wellbeing Wednesdays by our team, you can access one-to-one emotional support over the phone, text or video call.

Kooth:

Free, safe and anonymous online support for our young people. Friendly counsellors available to talk to online until 10pm. Also provides community support and self-help advice. To access this, sign up on website https://www.kooth.com/

 

MeeTwo:

Mee Two App is a free fully moderated app for young people, providing a neutral space which allows young people to experiment with what it feels like to open up about their difficulties without drawing attention to themselves while positive feedback and social support builds confidence, increases wellbeing and promotes emotional resilience.

Shout is the UK’s first 24/7 text service, free on all major mobile networks, for anyone in crisis anytime, anywhere. It’s a place to go if you’re struggling to cope and you need immediate help.

The Short Term Educational Programme (STEP) Sheffield wide service provides free educational courses that are designed to help with a range of mental health conditions. Our aim is to work with you to build your confidence, develop positive coping strategies and help your reach your goals.
